DNCE.MINOR - Dance Minor

The Dance Minor consists of onsite learning in one of the several dance studios and theatre spaces on campus. The curriculum is focused on body presence and an understanding of how the body works in a variety of different physical approaches to dance. As part of a School of Performing Arts, additional courses focused on performance techniques and dance in the social context are required. Students will also develop skills of choreography and demonstrate those in dance concerts, musicals, or operas produced at the University.
